Terms of Service

1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

The Service provides simulated casino-style games for entertainment. No real-money gambling is offered. You cannot win money, cash prizes, or anything of real-world value. Any in-game outcomes do not correspond to real-world gambling outcomes.

2) Eligibility (Canada; age of majority)

• You must be located in Canada and be at least the legal age of majority in your province/territory to use the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.
• We may refuse service or restrict access where required or where we determine eligibility cannot be verified.

3) Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• We may require verification to protect users and the Service.

4) Virtual currency & virtual items

The Service may include virtual currency (e.g., “coins”) and virtual items. They:

• have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money or anything of value;
• are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged outside the Service;
• may be modified, managed, or removed at any time (including for compliance, security, or balancing).

Any optional purchases are final to the extent permitted by applicable law; where consumer protection laws apply, your statutory rights are not affected.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Using the Service for fraud, money-laundering, or any activity suggesting real-money gambling.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, graphics, and content, is owned by MountainLodgeDays or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to other users, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, or that virtual currency/items will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MountainLodgeDays is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) CAD $50 or (b) the amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, for disputes not subject to mandatory consumer protections.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
