MountainLodgeDays • Responsible Play
Responsible Play
MountainLodgeDays is a simulated/social casino experience. No real-money gambling is offered. Virtual coins/credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Play within limits
- Set a time budget before you start. Take regular breaks.
- Set a spending budget for in-app purchases (if used) and stick to it.
- Don’t chase losses or try to “win back” time or money spent.
- Avoid playing when stressed, tired, or using alcohol/cannabis.
Tools you can use
Device & app store controls
Use Screen Time (iOS) / Digital Wellbeing (Android) and app store purchase controls to limit playtime and spending.
Notifications
Disable push notifications if they encourage unplanned sessions.
Time-out & self-exclusion
You can request a break from MountainLodgeDays at any time:
- In your account settings, choose Time-out (cooling-off) or Self-exclusion (longer block), if available.
- If you can’t access settings, contact support at contact@mountainlodgedays.com or call +1 647 368 2149 with your account email/username.
- During a time-out/self-exclusion, access may be blocked and marketing messages may be limited where feasible.
If you are in Canada, note that provincial casino self-exclusion programs are separate from MountainLodgeDays and apply to land-based/regulated venues.
Know the warning signs
Consider taking a break and seeking help if you: hide play, feel irritable when not playing, spend more than planned, neglect responsibilities, or play to escape problems.
